Working Principle

1. High-Pressure Pipeline Jetting Process

1. Start independent auxiliary engine to drive PINFL high-pressure pump

2. The pump extracts clean water from 2CBM PP side tanks and pressurizes water to 25MPa

3. High-pressure water flows through 30m retractable high-pressure hose and special cleaning nozzle

4. Powerful rotating water jet washes away pipe wall sediments, breaking blockages into suspended sludge

5. Flushed sewage and sludge will be sucked by vacuum pump into the sewage tank synchronously

2. Vacuum Sludge Suction & Discharge Process

1. Auxiliary engine drives JUROP vacuum pump to extract air inside the galvanized sewage tank, forming stable negative pressure environment

2. External sludge, sewage and waste are sucked into the 10CBM tank via hydraulic suction boom or tail suction pipeline

3. When the liquid level reaches the safety limit, stop suction and transport the truck to designated waste discharge station

4. Open hydraulic rear door and activate DN150 discharge valve to realize gravity self-unloading of sludge rapidly
