How It Works
1. High-Pressure Jetting Stage A dedicated high-pressure pump delivers water at up to 4000 PSI through flexible jetting hoses and multi-head nozzles. Front-facing jets cut through grease, roots and compacted debris; rear-facing jets propel the nozzle forward and flush debris toward the vacuum point. Rotating nozzles provide an even, 360° clean around the pipe wall.
2. Vacuum Suction Stage A liquid-ring or rotary-vane vacuum pump creates strong negative pressure in the cylindrical tank. Sludge, wastewater and semi-solid waste are drawn through a flexible suction hose into the tank. An onboard filtration/mist separation system protects the pump from liquid carry-over and separates solids from liquids for compliant disposal.
