3-Function Italy Hydraulic Control Valve
The multifunction Italian hydraulic valve groups all operations into three levels:
Level 1 — High-pressure washing: controls the jetting device, with a 20 m hose reel and jetting gun for sewer line cleaning.
Level 2 — Tank lift / lower: raises and lowers the sewage tanker.
Level 3 — Rear door: opens and closes the rear door for unloading.
How the Vacuum Truck Works
Power is taken from the truck engine through the PTO, then delivered by the transmission shaft to drive the vacuum system. Operate the valves to begin sucking liquid sewage, and adjust the throttle knob to speed up or slow down suction. After suctioning, use the manual valves to open / close the rear door and to raise / lower the tanker. Once unloading is complete, rinse the tank and the truck is ready for the next job.
Operation & Safety Notes
Keep the vacuum pump at the correct RPM. Over-speeding causes the rotor to overheat; running too slowly can cause engine knock and damage components. Set the hand throttle to the recommended position in advance.
Only lift / tip the tanker on flat ground. Tipping on a slope can distort parts, cause malfunction or lead to an accident.
Open the rear door before tipping the tanker. Skipping this step can cause a serious accident.
Engage the PTO correctly. With the engine idling, fully press the clutch pedal, engage the PTO, then slowly release the clutch.
While driving, keep the PTO joysticks in the middle position.
Do not carry waste oil or other hazardous materials in this vehicle.
Before entering under the raised tank or performing maintenance, use the support rods and safety stop.
When transporting sewage, engage the manual rear-door locking device. Because the vehicle has no water baffle and a high center of gravity, drive at medium or low speed.
