Purpose:

Drainage pump, drought, water supply

Application field:

Municipal and highway emergency drainage; Surprise flood control and drainage, cofferdam pumping; Drought relief, agricultural irrigation; Aquaculture; Pumping and drainage in areas without fixed pumping stations and power supply. Especially suitable for well drainage operations, urban roads, overpasses, underpass Bridges, tunnel drainage, highway main line and access ramp and other places of water removal.

 Functional requirements:

Rescue Vehicle

1. The volume of the fuel tank is ≥ 300L, and the fuel volume fully meets the full load of the water pump for more than 6 hours.

2. The length of the whole vehicle is ≤ 10 m, the width of the whole vehicle is ≤ 2. 6 m, and the height of the whole vehicle is ≤ 3. 8 m;

Pump (sub-truck)

1. The pump and other special equipment for drainage are integrated on the track chassis, and the rubber track is used, which will not cause damage to the ground. It is a walking track-type mobile pumping station.

2. The power of the mobile drainage pump station comes from the chassis, and it is quickly connected with the drainage truck through the tubing rotary joint to form the pumping and drainage capacity. The longest working distance can reach 50 meters, and the minimum working depth of the pump suction port from the water surface: ≤ 0.3 m;

3. Water pump drive mode: hydraulic direct drive;

4. The power source of the water pump: from the engine on the original car chassis,  output by power take-off;

5. Small in size, length x width x height ≤ 2500 x 1800 x 1500 (mm), generally able to pass through low environments;

6. The mass of the mobile drainage pump station is ≤ 2200kg;

7. Hydraulic control, self-propelled, can climb 35-degree ramps or stairs; Walking speed ≥ 2 km per hour;

The pumping position of the water pump can be remotely adjusted according to the actual water accumulation conditions on site; Without any manual handling or other auxiliary equipment, the remote control operation of the mobile pumping station can be realized far away from the compartment car drainage operation, and the longest drainage distance is ≥ 50 meters;

Operational control system

3. Remote control system: The remote control operating system should be able to control the start and stop of the vehicle engine, speed regulation, power take-off clutch, hydraulic system pressure regulation and other functions, and its display device should be able to clearly reflect the working status of the vehicle, including engine speed, oil pressure, fuel level, upper hydraulic system pressure, hydraulic oil temperature, hydraulic oil level, water pump speed and other parameters. All parameters should be clearly marked, and the operation of the remote controller should be simple and fast;

1. Remote control searchlight for operation, the number of lamp caps is ≥ 2, and it can rotate 360 degrees left and right; Up and down direction: 0-160 degrees rotation, can adapt to all-weather work;

2. The drainage pipe is an aging-resistant polyurethane hose. The inner diameter of the hose is DN 300mm, the total length is 240 meters, and it is divided into 8 rolls with a length of 30 meters. The working pressure is 0.3 MPa, the burst pressure is not less than 1Mpa, and the nozzle cut should be flat. The diameter of a single water pipe should be consistent and used with the corresponding quick joints;

3. The quick connector is made of aluminum alloy, DN300mm three-jaw type, a total of 8 sets, and each section of the water pipe is equipped with a set. Installed at both ends of the drainage hose to facilitate the connection between water pipes;

4. Retracting and discharging drainage hose winches: There are 4 pairs of hose winches on the car. The hose winches can move outward and are driven by hydraulic motors. Each pair of hose winches can retract and displace 30 meters of drainage hoses. When the drainage operation needs to retract and displace the drainage hose, the hose winch can be operated to retract and displace the drainage hose that has been installed with quick connectors easily, remote control operation, and it can also be pulled by manpower when discharging the hose, which is convenient for water pipe loading and unloading. The speed of retracting and discharging the hose of each winch can be adjusted separately;

5. Tubing winch: The tubing winch is equipped with a guide rope device to realize the automatic winding and retracting of the tubing in sequence, so that the tubing is retracted and retracted neatly, and the operation efficiency is improved. High-quality carbon steel is used, and the overall plastic spraying (strong corrosion resistance). Pipe arranger: wear-resistant, can cooperate with the rotation of the tubing winch to realize the regular, uniform and tight arrangement of the hoses on the stranded coil, so as to solve the problems of disorderly, knotted and blank hose arrangement; Pipe press: There is a certain residual pressure when the tubing is rewinding, which makes the tubing in a state of expansion and tension. The pipe press, together with the pipe arrangement device, can rewinding the tubing more beautifully;

Without additional power source, the engine on the original car chassis can be directly used as the power source to remotely control the mobile drainage pump station, so that the mobile drainage pump station can enter the low environment such as underground garage, subway or muddy environment such as farmland, so as to achieve the purpose of drainage;

7. The whole vehicle is composed of a compartment car and a mobile drainage pump station. The compartment car integrates hydraulic system, tubing winch, water pipe hydraulic winch, electronic control unit, etc. The mobile drainage pump station is mainly composed of rubber track chassis, hydraulically driven water pump and pump station hydraulic system, hydraulic pipeline, control system, etc. It is connected with the compartment car through the external tubing interface to form a drainage car system;
