A. Cab
Equipped with air suspension seat, central door lock with remote key control, ground observation mirror, front co-pilot mirror, electric lift front and rear door windows, cold and warm air conditioning system, and hydraulic cylinder turnover support structure.
The vehicle shall be fitted with reversing image, radar system and 360° panoramic driving recorder, with a display screen installed inside the cab.
Equipped with main power switch, alarm siren, warning light, marker light, outline marker light, etc.; control switches are arranged inside the cab with independent circuit design.
Safety performance: Equipped with steel wire tires; chassis fitted with ABS (Anti-lock Braking System); the vehicle shall have fault diagnosis and alarm function.
B. Compartment Body
Compartment dimensions (L×W×H) (mm): ≤10000×2550×3000
Compartment structure: Integrated steel structure design with flat top. The carriage adopts frame sandwich structure; the outer layer uses cold-rolled steel plate with thickness ≥1.8mm, the middle frame is welded by steel pipe, and the inner lining adopts punched steel plate with thickness ≥0.8mm. Fireproof, flame-retardant and sound-absorbing materials are filled between the top, side wall inner and outer layers. The bottom plate adopts checkered steel plate with thickness ≥3mm. The compartment is featured with rainproof, dustproof, heat insulation, fireproof and rust-proof performance.
The whole vehicle compartment adopts fully covered type, with skirt-type fully enclosed structure at the lower part of both sides.
Rear configuration: Equipped with turn signal light, brake light, tail light and fog light; the cabinet surface is smooth and flat.
Louver windows are arranged on the front, rear and both sides of the carriage, with service doors between louvers and double doors at the rear end.
The compartment is divided into generator set working room, exhaust noise reduction room and cable room. Air intake silencer structure is arranged in the compartment, and the diesel generator set is placed in the middle of the carriage; exhaust silencer and muffler are installed in the exhaust noise reduction room; an electric cable winch is arranged in the cable room.
A storage cabin shall be set in the lower enclosure for placing maintenance tools, grounding devices, power output copper busbars and other accessories.
Liquid drain outlets for generator set fluids (lubricating oil, fuel, antifreeze) shall be arranged inside and outside the compartment. The internal surface materials are treated with anti-corrosion and anti-oil pollution, and the maintenance passage is equipped with anti-slip measures.
Sound insulation, vibration damping pads, rock wool, perforated plates and sound-absorbing cotton are installed inside the carriage. The average sound absorption coefficient of noise reduction materials is above 0.9, and the average sound absorption coefficient of all internal surfaces of the carriage is raised above 0.6.
Service life of the compartment body: ≥10 years.
