6. 7. The vehicle installation centralized control system can centrally control the operation and data of the generator set, water pump, lifting lighting, hydraulic legs and network camera.

8. The vehicle centralized control system concentrates the data, status and start-stop operations of multiple unit modules such as generator set, water pump, lifting lamp, hydraulic leg and network camera on the 7-inch 24-bit touch color screen control screen. Users only need to click the corresponding button on the centralized control screen or the special tablet computer to realize the control and operation of these devices, which greatly improves the use efficiency and effect of the drainage rescue vehicle. At the same time, the above devices can be remotely controlled through wireless connection to realize intelligent control and contactless control and management.

9. The vehicle centralized control system can realize remote control: through the remote distribution of the control and operation instructions of the equipment, to realize the remote operation and control of the corresponding equipment, such as the start and stop of the generator set.

Drainage Pump system

1. When 5 large flow portable submersible pumps are used, the vehicle flow is 5000m³ / h and the head is 10 meters. The drainage control system has the stepless speed regulation function, and the displacement of the submersible pump can be adjusted when working.

2. When the flow rate of a single pump is 10.6m, the displacement is 1000m³ / h, the reference point electric pump efficiency is 60%; at 17m, the displacement is 580m³ / h, the reference point electric pump efficiency is 58%;

3, the submersible pump adopts the permanent magnet synchronous motor, the motor insulation level: F, the motor protection level: IP68, the electric pump lead cable length of 20 meters.

7. generating system

1.  An independent diesel generator set with a main power of 270 kW, 220V / 380v, three-phase four-wire system; the engine and generator performance meet the technical specifications, meet the requirements of vehicle electrical design and installation, meet the power demand of pump and vehicle equipment, and the national 3 emission standard;

2, with ATS automation unit control panel: by LCD LCD display control (also available LED display controller). Control system
