Bulk Emulsion Underground Explosives Charging Vehicle mainly used for underground explosive transportation, and the chassis adopts a professional chassis design. With diesel engine as power, strong adaptability. The whole vehicle has the advantages of high collision resistance, low fuel consumption, low overall operating cost, simple operation, comfortable ride, reasonable structure, easy repair and maintenance, etc.; the main electrical components such as the controller, hydraulic pressure, and key components of the transmission system are all used at home and abroad The components of well-known brand manufacturers have reliable performance; the brake system is wet brake, spring brake, hydraulic release, and higher safety performance. The cab is also fully sealed with air-conditioning to create a better working environment for workers.
Product technical features
1. The cab provides excellent visibility and comfortable cabins for the driver and passengers. The cabin is designed for safe and convenient entry and exit. The dashboard is simple and easy to use. The enclosed cabin provides a noise level of <75 decibels, ensuring safe and comfortable driving.
2. The whole vehicle is painted by throwing tiles to remove rust, and the military aircraft carrier anti-rust primer is applied to make the equipment have a stronger anti-rust, anti-corrosion ability and service life in various working conditions.
3. The scientific and reasonable structural configuration design meets the requirements of working conditions such as turning radius, gradeability, and traffic passage of underground roadways in different mines. Among them, the special chassis, fully sealed wet bridge and matching American MICO brake system are safe, stable and reliable, and are in a leading position.
4. Using high-strength structural steel stamping process, Hawk energy stress aging process and gas shielded welding technology, the structural parts of the whole vehicle are checked for strength and can withstand strong loads.
5. The brake system adopts imported and domestic high-quality brand manufacturers' products, with reliable quality and performance, high safety factor, energy saving and consumption reduction, and smooth operation.
