BCRH-9 on-site mixed emulsion explosives truck is to install the latex matrix prepared b the ground station in the latex matrix box on the vehicle, and at the same time load the
sensitizer and catalyst on the vehicle. This vehicle has two sets of process equipment Two sets of sensitization systems, one is sensitization catalysis before the pump; the other is sensitization catalysis at the end. At the same time, it adopts a double water pump system with low pressure and long conveying distance. It is suitable for blasting projects such as highways and tunnels. This kind of car has a large service radius and can be used to build stations at one point and deliver to multiple points. Advanced computer operating system,with over-temperature, over-pressure, material-breaking alarm and shutdown safety guarantee system, safe and reliable work.

Emulsified explosive truck with on-site mixing loading of BCHR line can mix pure emulsion explosives and series emulsion explosive with 30% of dry mix at most on-site. The preparation of aqueous phase, oil phase and sensitizer is operated on ground station, while latex matrix emulsion can be completed on the ground, or in truck. Dry material mixture and sensitization is conducted in truck.
ANFO mixing loading truck list of main equipment
• Before charging, at ground station, relevant materials should be added into corresponding container in the truck.
• When loading truck comes to job site, start PTO, stretch charging tube into bottom of the hole, input explosive load on counter and press start button. Then, each preparation and mixing unit begins to work. Slowly raise charging tube. Explosive is charged below water, and water is discharged from hole. After charging, move to the next hole, repeat the above procedure, and charge the next hole.
• Charging effectiveness 200-250kg/min.
• Currently, there are 5 specifications, 8T, 9T, 12T, 15T, 20T.
• Measurement error ≤ ± 2%
BCRH-15 on-site mixed emulsion explosive vehicle is contained in each bin: water phase, oil phase, sensitizer and latex matrix in the car, that is, emulsification, sensitization and filling are carried out on the vehicle.
