Vacuum Degree Explanation: 92% ultimate vacuum is the peak capability of this pump. It is recommended to keep continuous operation within 18" Hg (60% vacuum) to avoid pump overheating and accelerated vane wear caused by long-term high-vacuum operation.
Maintenance Tips: ISO VG 150 grade vacuum pump oil should be replaced regularly. The oil tank capacity is approximately 2.3L. The forced lubrication system requires unobstructed oil passages to prevent dry burning due to oil starvation.
