Water purification vehicle is a kind of special purpose vehicle which is high efficiency and flexible for the field work .This vehicle has good mobility and trafficability characteristic.
The basic operation ability
1. Vehicle performance: In accordance with the performance requirements of Graph G NJ2045 second class chassis.
2. basic function: to provide hot and cold water drinking for forces
3. Water purification ability: 1000 L-2000 L per hour
4. Headwaters: Jiang, river, lake, swamp, sea water such as Ⅲ class above water
5. Water purification indicators: E. coli number, the number of bacteria, the turbidity of water purification index of GB 5749-5749 can achieve hygienic standard for drinking water (Raw water quality should comply with the GB 3838-3838 "surface water environment quality standard" in the regulation of Ⅰ - Ⅲ level)
6. Number of operating personnel: 2 people (including 1 driver)
7. Heat preservation: carriage is heat preservation and heat insulation, storage tank with insulation layer(keep warm in winter and heat insulation in summer)
8. Power supply mode: power supply adopts two sets of power supply system, diesel generator
9. Deploy or undeploy time: ≤10min

Structure and Function Characteristics
The vehicle acts as the security equipment of the special Vehicle for logistics drinking water, with good flexibility, strong specialty and natural-environmental suitability as well as the wide adaptability. The Vehicle adopts the Dongfeng second-class classis for refit. the modified chassis still keeps the same performance level of original chassis.The vehicle consisted of chassis,carriage, water purifying equipment, stainless steel insulation can, water boiler, control system, waterways system and lighting system.
The body of the Vehicle is of light-type structure which is the adhesive type of heat insulation board and there is a set of HY-11-04-1000 water purifying units equipped inside it to purify the worse water sources in the open air and there is a set of CWNS0.07C-100-Y vehicle-mounted boiler equipped to provide boiled water and the cleaning water tank, purifying water tank, spare-parts case, waterway system and electrical system as well as the lighting system are equipped too. The water boiler can provide 300kg hot drinking water in 25 minutes.
Self-contained automatic system on a vehicle to provide treatment, storage and distribution of safe drinking water from any water source at World Health Organization standards in less than 30 minutes. The vehicle produces approximately 8,000 cups of water per hour.
