Model and Compatibility
Compatible transmissions: Fast 10JS90 / 10JS90A / 10JS90A-B (small 10-speed) series
Corresponding PTO model: QD40E (18-tooth single gear); also compatible with QD40D / QD40F and other models on the same platform
Meshing gear: Engages with the 30-tooth PTO gear on the transmission's countershaft to achieve power output
Structure and Installation
Installation position: Bottom or right-side access window of the transmission; square flange mounting hole pattern (the 8 bolt holes in the image are standard layout)
Core structure: Built-in 18-tooth drive gear that meshes with the countershaft gear of the transmission to transfer power
Output form: Side flange output, which can be directly connected to hydraulic pumps, generators, and other equipment

Operation specifications: The PTO must only be engaged with the transmission in neutral and the vehicle stationary, with the engine running at idle or medium speed. Engaging the PTO while the vehicle is in gear and moving is strictly prohibited.
Lubrication and maintenance: Shares lubricating oil with the transmission. Regularly change the transmission oil, check gear backlash and seal conditions, to prevent oil leaks and gear damage.
