Product Overview
The WLY 8GS46 is a high-end 8-speed manual twin-countershaft transmission for light commercial vehicles, developed by Zhejiang Wanliyang. It features a full synchronizer design for smooth shifting, a patented planetary gear mechanism, and a lightweight high-strength structure, with a B10 service life of 400,000 km.
Application & Maintenance
Applicable Vehicles: Light-duty trucks, special vehicles, and engineering vehicles with 140-170HP engines
Oil Change Interval: Replace 75W/90 GL-4 gear oil every 60,000 km under normal operating conditions, or every 40,000 km under heavy-load conditions
Critical Note: Strictly use GL-4 grade gear oil; GL-5 grade is prohibited as its sulfur-phosphorus additives will corrode the synchronizers. The standard oil filling volume is 4.0L.
