An operating and maintenance training for the buyer personnel is provided in our factory for 2 days till it’s believed all necessary details are shared.If it’s requested , our technical team (consisting 2 technician) could also travel to the buyer’s homeland in order to provide this training. In this case, all transportation and accommodation costs ( visas – plane tickets – airline fees – motorway transportation –hotel room – meals etc.) on route of “Hubei China – Buyer’s Field – Hubei China” is undertaken by the buyer. Normally, total training time doesn’t get longer than 2 days with all necessary conditions are met.Operating and maintenance manuals and CD's in English language.

Driver ManagementMaintain records of driver activities and performance and evaluate driver capability and productivity.

A: When the claims appear, what we need are the pictures of products, use condition brief, the order information.  we will analysize the problem, even field investigation, and work out an final option with customers.

A: We need 7-30days for production; If you pay 100%TT, we will book ship in advance, no need to wast time waiting for delivery.

 

 

A:  Our QC team to control the quality within and after final production. The buyer's inspection is also allowed.

Shipment your car

We will arrange the earliest shipment as soon as we confirm your payment.

Step 4.

Dispatching Shipping Documents

After shipment, we will send you copies of documents (invoice, B/L, etc.) for you to check all the details.

We will release all the documents by DHL or EMS and send you the tracking number by e-mail. Delivery driver will post the documents within 3-4 days.
