MORO PM110W Vacuum Pump Operation Brief

MORO WATER series liquid cooled vacuum pumps adopt advanced industrial liquid ring suction technology, widely matched on sewer vacuum trucks. The pump can be directly driven by vehicle power take-off (PTO).Key advantages: large manifold design reduces air friction & noise; wear-resistant Kevlar vanes; high performance Viton oil seals; sealed maintenance-free bearings; independent remote oil tank; stable continuous operation for long-distance waste suction work.

Customization Guide

1. Chassis: Isuzu GIGA 6×4 heavy chassis, optional wheelbase 4300+1350 / 4650+1370 mm.

2. Superstructure: Q235 carbon steel tank (6mm barrel,8mm head); optional double MORO vacuum pump set, Aolin oil pump, domestic hydraulic cylinder, PTO, hand washing device, rear sewage outlet, observation manhole, 7–10m suction pipe; dual side tipping cylinders, hydraulically opened rear cover with mechanical lock; liquid level alarm; pneumatic anti-overflow system.

3. Painting: Custom anti-corrosion coating, customer logo & color available.

4. Application: Mainly for domestic sewage, sludge and municipal waste transportation. If transporting corrosive medium, please inform us for material upgrade.
