YCGB600 type reducer has three forward and reverse gears: high, medium and low. Shifting is performed manually and pneumatically. The pneumatic directional valve control handle is installed on the operation panel, and the relationship between the handle position and the gear is displayed on the panel. The pneumatic directional valve control handle has three positions. When shifting gears, the winch must be completely stationary, and the drum brake handle should be tightened to prevent the cable and instruments from sliding down. When shifting gears beyond the position, do not push (pull) the handle in place at one time; stop at the middle position for a moment before pushing (pulling) to the desired upper (lower) position.
Winch Working System
It is mainly composed of a winch drum and a bracket. Its main function is to wind the logging cable and steel wire. Through the forward and reverse rotation of the hydraulic motor and the deceleration and torque increase of the three-speed reducer, the forward and reverse rotation of the drum is realized to ensure that the logging truck lifts and lowers the cable at different speeds; the drum is made of non-magnetic steel to ensure that the logging and perforation curves are not disturbed.
