  1. Working Condition AdaptationDesigned specifically for sanitation vehicles with an air-cooled rotary vane structure. It supports both vacuum suction and pressure blowing, serving as the core component of sewage and fecal suction trucks.
  2. Vacuum Degree Conversion18" Hg equals approximately 60% vacuum degree. The ultimate vacuum of this pump can reach 27.6" Hg (92%). 18" Hg is the recommended continuous working range to prevent overheating caused by long-term operation under high vacuum.
  3. Maintenance TipsRegularly replace ISO VG 150 grade vacuum pump oil. The oil tank capacity is about 2.3L to ensure lubrication and sealing performance of the pump body.
  4. Shaft Diameter DescriptionThe 1 3/8" solid shaft is a common specification in the North American market. Attention shall be paid to coupling matching during domestic refitting.

Italian JUROP Vacuum Pumps

To operate a vacuum pump, it is essential to first understand its working principle, with a key focus on the power source and stability considerations. The vacuum pump derives its power from the chassis engine, which transmits power to the vacuum pump through the gearbox, power take-off (PTO), and drive shaft.
During suction operations, the vacuum pump extracts air from the sealed tank, creating negative pressure. The atmospheric pressure outside the tank then forces waste into the tank through the suction hose. For discharge operations, the vacuum pump pumps atmospheric air into the tank, using air pressure to expel waste out of the tank.
