Powered by original ISUZU 4HK1-TCG60 four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine with 205HP (151kW) power, matched with a reliable 6-speed manual transmission, the vehicle provides stable power output under heavy-load construction conditions. Compact overall dimension of 8150×2550×3350mm and 4500mm wheelbase ensure flexible driving in narrow urban roads, residential blocks and underground construction sites, without sacrificing operational stability. The total GVW reaches 18 tons, with a maximum effective payload of 10200kg to meet large-volume continuous operation demands.
Industrial-Grade Superstructure Tank System
The split dual-tank structure consists of a 6000L sewage vacuum tank and a 4000L clean water tank, both welded by 6mm thick Q235 carbon steel plates with anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment inside and outside. The tank body supports hydraulic tipping lifting with a maximum lifting angle over 45°, which allows fast unloading of sludge, sediment and waste sewage without residue.
A full hydraulic rear cover lock system is equipped on the tank tail, controlled by stable 12–16MPa hydraulic pressure for easy opening and tight sealing to prevent sewage leakage during transportation. Supporting matched accessories include a 10m DN100 sewage suction hose and DN150 large-caliber tail discharge ball valve for quick sludge discharging. A built-in three-stage oil-water separator separates oil, water and solid impurities to protect core pumps and extend service life. Dual anti-backflow protection valves and four-way flow diverter valves are standard configuration to eliminate reverse sewage damage risks and fully comply with international sanitation vehicle safety standards, lifting core component service life by over 30%.
Powerful Vacuum Suction System
Adopting well-known domestic 2BE-204 water circulation vacuum pump, the unit achieves an ultimate vacuum degree of 3300Pa and maximum pumping speed of 21m³/min at 980rpm working speed. It supports an 8-meter deep underground sewage suction range and can completely evacuate a full 6m³ sewage tank within 5 minutes, efficiently clearing blockages, silt, fecal sludge and industrial sediment in sewers, septic tanks and drainage wells.
High-Pressure Jetting Cleaning System
Fitted with PINFL PF36 professional high-pressure plunger pump, the cleaning system outputs stable 16MPa working pressure and 122L/min water flow rate at 1000rpm. Equipped with 10 types of interchangeable jet nozzles, it handles different pipeline cleaning scenarios: grease flushing, hard silt breaking, wall dirt removal. A fully hydraulic hose reel with constant tension control carries 60m wear-resistant high-pressure hose with quick-disconnect couplings, enabling long-distance underground pipeline dredging without repeated vehicle relocation.
Complete Auxiliary Hydraulic & Safety Configuration
Independent 200L hydraulic oil tank supplies power to tank lifting cylinder, rear cover hydraulic cylinder and hose reel drive cylinder (2 lifting cylinders + 2 rear cover cylinders as standard). The whole hydraulic pipeline adopts wear-resistant armored hoses with leak-proof connectors; auxiliary accessories include overhead walking ladder, safety guardrail, pipeline buffer cyclone separator, side maintenance access doors and reflective safety strips for road construction safety.
