8000L / 8CBM BEIBEN 4x4 Offroad 1929 Military Vacuum Sucker Pumper Truck is a heavy-duty all-terrain sanitation vehicle specially developed for harsh road conditions, widely exported and purchased by African customers. Also known as vacuum tanker, cesspit emptier, sewer suction truck and vactor truck, this Beiben 4x4 vacuum truck is equipped with professional vacuum pumping system and sealed storage tank, capable of pneumatically sucking sewage, fecal sludge, slurry, sediment and other wastes from underground pipelines, septic tanks and pit latrines.

Adopting advanced vacuum negative pressure working principle, the truck can independently complete suction, transportation and discharge operations. Cab System

Equipped with classic BEIBEN NG80B single-row short cab without sleeper bed, adopting all-steel welded tilt structure with mechanical tilting device and rear mechanical suspension. The cab is fitted with adjustable driver seat, manual windows, manual door lock and original air conditioner. Customized white painting and right-hand drive (RHD) modification are available to meet African and Middle East market standards.

Engine & Transmission

Powered by top-ranking Chinese WEICHAI WP10.290E32 diesel engine, with 9726cc displacement, 209KW (290HP) power output and Euro 3 emission standard. The engine features stable power, strong durability and excellent adaptability to high-dust and high-temperature desert environments. Matched with FAST 9JS150A 9-speed manual gearbox (9 forward gears & 2 reverse gears), professional VG1400 transfer gearbox and 8098 heavy-duty steering machine, ensuring smooth and stable power transmission under off-road conditions.

Axle, Suspension & Brake System

Front axle adopts 7-ton Elliot I-beam off-road axle, and rear axle is 13-ton double reduction heavy-duty axle. The suspension system uses 7-leaf spring with shock absorber at the front and 10/8+6 reinforced leaf spring at the rear, with strong load-bearing and shock resistance. The full air brake system with split pneumatic circuit is equipped with spring parking brake for rear axles and exhaust auxiliary brake, ensuring safe driving on complex roads.

8000L Vacuum Tank & Working System

The vacuum tank body is made of high-strength Q355B steel (upgraded from ordinary Q235/Q345 steel), with 6mm thickness for both tank body and shell. The integrated cylindrical welding structure is equipped with built-in anti-sloshing baffles to avoid tank deformation and ensure driving safety under full load. Both internal and external surfaces of the tank are treated with professional anti-rust and anti-corrosion painting, effectively resisting corrosion of sewage, sludge and chemical waste, greatly extending the service life.

Core Separation Device Working Principle

Oil-Gas Separator: Adopts gravity and centrifugal double separation technology to filter oil mist and waste gas generated during operation, purify exhaust gas to meet environmental protection standards, and protect the vacuum pump core from oil contamination.

Water-Gas Separator: Effectively removes water vapor from compressed air and waste gas, preventing water from entering the vacuum pump to cause rusting and failure, ensuring long-term stable continuous operation.
