Truck-Mounted Generator
The ability to have clean, reliable power wherever your vehicle is allows you to power machinery, lighting and electronics at any job site. The large plate structure has good airtightness (water and air tightness), thermal insulation, sound insulation, waterproof, fireproof, heat radiation resistant, salt spray corrosion resistant, insect resistant, and other performance; By optimizing the reasonable layout of the skeleton and the design of the skeleton structure, the optimal values between the stiffness, strength, and weight of each board are achieved, which not only ensures the overall strength, stiffness, and weight requirements of the car body, but also achieves the goals of thermal insulation and sound insulation, fully reflecting the superiority of the large board car. When designing, full consideration should be given to the requirements for thermal insulation performance. Heat blocking should be installed at all skeleton positions inside the large panel to reduce heat loss in the carriage and improve the thermal insulation performance of the carriage
The carriage has sufficient strength and stiffness to withstand the vibrations and impacts of the car during operation. The structure of the large panel shelter complies with GJB6109-2007 "General Specification for Military Shelters"
The boards of the carriage are connected by riveting and high-strength bolts to form a whole, ensuring that the carriage has sufficient strength and stiffness to withstand the vibration and impact of the car during driving. Painting treatment of the interior surface of the car

To ensure the sealing of the large carriage, a three pronged lock is installed at the entrance and exit of the carriage, which is used for locking and sealing the carriage door. When opening the door, first rotate the exterior handle counterclockwise by more than 90 °, then pull the handle outward to open the door
The side doors are equipped with limit devices, which can reliably limit when the door opens at a maximum angle (greater than 90 °). When the guide groove and support rod of the limit device slide relative to the end, the pin shaft of the support rod can enter the large hole at the end of the guide groove under the action of its own weight. At this time, the butterfly nut at the bottom of the pin shaft can be tightened, and the door can be reliably fixed. When closing the door, loosen the butterfly nut and push the shaft upwards to close the door
Install an anti-collision pillow in the center of the door frame, made of high-density foam foam wrapped in PVC artificial leather, to ensure the safety of personnel entering and exiting the large board carriage
Two 1kg dry powder fire extinguishers are installed on the inner side of the side door panel and one 1kg dry powder fire extinguisher is installed on the inner side of the rear door. The fire extinguisher is fixed with a clamp for easy and quick disassembly, meeting emergency firefighting needs
One shelf is set on the left side of the equipment room, made of 3mm stainless steel profiles with plastic spraying treatment on the surface. Each layer of partition on the shelf is detachable, meeting the installation needs of different goods
