Precautions for PTO use:
1. When installing, the connecting plane must be cleaned, the paper pad should be coated with sealant (the glue should not be connected into more lines), and the fastening bolts should be coated with anaerobic anti-withdrawal glue.
Green asbestos-free paper pad can be installed directly without glue.
2. Check the gear oil of gearbox after installation, and replenish it in time if it is less!
3. During operation (the air pressure must exceed 6 pressures), step on the clutch to the bottom, select the appropriate gear (neutral or low-speed forward gear), turn on the power take-off control switch, and slowly lift the clutch pedal. If you hear the sound of tooth beating, immediately step on the clutch and slowly lift it again.
4. Repeated operation of power take-off, and then rotate for 20 minutes to test sealing. Must be flexible and free of oil leakage and dripping before leaving the factory. Otherwise, check the reason and reinstall or replace the power take-off.
5. In order to prevent accidental oil leakage of the power take-off from damaging the gearbox, check whether there is oil leakage after each use, and deal with problems in time when they are found! !
