2.  Features

2.1 NJ Series Highway Guardrail Post Driver Truck is composed of truck chassis, upper column, hydraulic system, hydraulic hammer, control system, post driving and extracting equipment.  It has the characters of good mobility, low oil consumption, reliable brake system, quick and exact positioning, humanized design, easy operation, high efficiency.

2.2 The up and down, longitudinal and transverse shift, horizontal slide and rotation of the column are realized through hydraulic system.

2.3 The hydraulic hammer is installed onto the upper column and be downward and upward along the track of the column for pile driving and extracting working by hydraulic system.  When extracting guard rail posts, the extractable supporting foot is hydraulically positioned on the ground, for enhanced stability and safe pile extraction.

2.4 The control system is equipped with multiple directional control valve and centralized hydraulic control rods which makes the operation simple and convenient.

2.5 It can install piles up to 3m (9.84’) in length, but on request the machine can be supplied with extension columns which can install piles up to 3.5m (11.48’) or even 4m (13.12’) long.

2.6 The equipment does not need to turn the direction during driving and extracting the guardrail posts on both sides because of its 240° ~260°rotating device.

2.7 Its fast mobility and the capability of carrying piles and guard-rails as well as the necessary road signs with around 2 tons, make the truck-mounted pile driver the perfect solution for small jobs in different locations.
