BCJ-1000  ANFO Emulsion Explosive charging  vehicle  can  be  operated  according to  the  user's requirements  and  blasting  site  conditions  by  selecting  the vehicle  power  transmission  mode  or  external  power  supply;  it  can  also increase  or  decrease  functions  according  to  the  user's  requirements,  or select  the  vehicle  chassis according  to  the  user's  requirements.  The charging  vehicle  is  suitable  for  underground  blasting  operation.

BCJR-1000 underground  articulated  field  mixed  emulsion explosive  truck  can  meet  the requirements  of  upward  hole and  horizontal  hole  charging.  At  the  same  time,  bulk emulsion  explosive  is  used,  which  can  achieve  the  full coupling  charging  of  hole  charging,  and  the  charging  density can  reach  1.1.  Without  changing  the  hole  network parameters,  the  driving  depth  of  bulk  explosive  is 400mm-500mm more  than  that  of  finished  explosive  (with  the  hole  diameter of  40-50  and  the  hole  depth  of  3.5m-3.7m)  According  to  the calculation  of  hole  depth,  the  observation  of  blasting  effect with  hole  diameter  of  50  -  70  and  hole  depth  of  20m-30m shows  that  the  roof  is  flat  and  the  blasting  pile  is  even,  which saves  10%  -  30%  of  the  drilling  and  blasting  cost  compared with  the  finished  explosive.
