BCJR-500 Bulk Emulsion Explosive Charging Machine

BCJR-500 emulsion  explosive  charging  machine  can  meet  the requirements  of  upward  hole  and  horizontal  hole  charging.

At  the  same  time,  using  bulk  emulsion  explosive,  it  can achieve  the  full  coupling  charging  of  hole  charging,  and  the charging  density  can  reach  1.1.   Without  changing  the  hole network  parameters,  the  driving  depth  of  bulk  explosive  is 400mm-500mm  more  than  that  of Packaged finished  explosive  (calculated  by  the  hole  depth  of  3.5m-3.7m  with  aperture  of  40-50)  According  to  the  observation  of  blasting  effect,  the  top plate  is  flat  and  the  blasting  pile  is  even,  which  can  save  10%-30%  of  the  drilling  and  blasting  cost  compared  with  the Packaged and finished  explosive.
