Onsite mixing emulsion explosive truck contains water phase, oil phase and sensitizer in each material box and makes emulsion / latex matrix on the truck, that is, emulsification, sensitization and loading are carried out on the Vehicle, which integrates the transportation, mixing and loading (Charging) of raw materials, and is suitable for the operation of water-bearing boreholes in open-pit mines. Equipted with Advanced computer operating system, water phase oil phase flow and emulsifier speed using automatic tracking, closed-loop control, stable performance, accurate ratio, safe and reliable. With over temperature, over pressure, cut-off alarm shutdown safety guarantee system.
BCRH-15 Emulsion truck utilizes load-sensing proportional hydraulics and a closed loop control system to efficiently and accurately control the ratio of the pumped emulsion and chemical gassing agents. Emulsion is pumped through a progressive cavity pump, while high pressure piston pumps supply gassing agent and water flow. Emulsion hauling capacity is 15MT, and the delivery rate can be varied from 100-300kg/min. The control system is fully automated and features on-board data logging and diagnostics. The emulsion re-pump truck utilizes a configurable static mixer column and water ring lubrication system to reduce pumping pressure through the length of the hose.
BCRH-15E type on site mix emulsion explosive truck can mix pure matrix emulsion explosive, also mix with 20% dry material to emulsify heavy emulsion explosive, can be operated at high temperature, can be sensitized at high temperature , and transported in large tube and small tube with moistening agent.
This emulsion explosive truck charge from the bottom of the hole, whether there is water in the boehole or not, the hole wall is smooth or not, the emulsion explosive is quite easy to pump into the drill hole, without the phenomenon of sticking holes, and it is easy to squeeze the water in the borehole onto the charge column, reducing the area and time of contact between the explosive and water. The practice shows that the coupling coefficient between the emulsion explosive and the hole wall is improved, the utilization rate of the hole is high, the length of blasting is large, the base is flat after blasting, and the drilling and blasting cost is obviously reduced. The high degree of mechanization of the emulsion explosive truck, high charging efficiency, can be mixed and loaded 250 ~300kg of explosives per minute, reducing the labor intensity of workers, improving labor production efficiency, and greatly shortening the charging time .
Emulsion pump is specially designed and developed according to customer requirements. It runs smoothly and has compact structure. The most important features are strong pressure bearing capacity, up to about 30 kg, charging efficiency 200-320kg/min, and drug delivery hose length of 50 meters, which is used for water gun hole charging and blasting. It takes customer's working environment as the demand orientation, installed heat preservation system , which solves the problem of emulsion explosive truck operating at -30℃ ~ 50℃

BCLH-15 ANFO truck utilizes load-sensing proportional hydraulics and a closed loop control system to efficiently and accurately control the mixing and loading of ANFO. The control system delivers automation, wireless remote control, on-board data logging and diagnostics. The body is available with either an overhead or side boom auger configuration. ANFO hauling capacity is 15MT, and the ANFO discharge rate can be varied from 100-1000kg/min. The ANFO unit utilizes proportional computer-control and well-designed diesel fuel injection to increase the wetted surface area of AN prill for maximum fuel distribution and absorption.
BCZH quad multi-functional truck utilizes load-sensing proportional hydraulics and a closed loop control system to efficiently and accurately control the mixing ratio of ANFO, emulsion, and chemical gassing agents. The quad vehicle is capable of pumping or augering a full range of bulk products: 100% bulk emulsion, various heavy ANFO blends and100% ANFO. The control system is fully automated and feature on-board data logging and diagnostics. The unit utilizes a configurable static mixer column and water ring lubrication system to reduce pumping pressure through the length of the hose.
