1. The diameter of the oil inlet pipe system of the pump shall not be less than φ 70mm, and the vertical height of suction shall not be greater than 7m.
2. When the pump is applied to the refueling truck, the speed shall be slowly accelerated from low to high and maintained at the corresponding speed. It shall not run at excessive speed, nor shall it be high or low.
3. The pump shall be installed on the pump frame fixedly connected to the longitudinal beam as far as possible in front, and horizontally close to the longitudinal beam of the vehicle as far as possible to avoid interference between the pump body and the transmission shaft of the vehicle.
4. The height of the pump depends on the output shaft of the power take-off, and its power source is obtained from the output shaft. The connection of the transmission shaft shall be coaxial as far as possible, and its inclination angle shall not be greater than 7 °.
5. Before starting the pump, check whether the inlet and outlet valves are open. Never use the pump when the pump outlet is not open.
