Chassis & Power System

The entire vehicle is refitted based on the mature Isuzu VC61 6x4 heavy-duty chassis, featuring stable structure, strong bearing capacity and wide terrain adaptability. It is equipped with a high-performance 6UZ1-TCG61 inline 6-cylinder water-cooled turbocharged intercooled diesel engine, delivering a maximum power of 279kW (380HP) and a peak torque of 1800N.m. Water Tank & Spraying System

The core water storage unit adopts an elliptical high-strength carbon steel water tank with a total capacity of 14,000L, featuring corrosion resistance, impact resistance and long service life. Equipped with a manhole, filter gauze, multi-group water valves and water hoses, the tank supports fast water intake and stable water output for long-duration continuous operation.

The vehicle is fitted with front flushing and rear spraying devices, achieving a spraying width of ≥20m and a spraying range of ≥50m, which efficiently meets road dust reduction, greening watering and daily sanitation maintenance needs. The rear working platform is equipped with a climbing ladder for safe and convenient manual operation and equipment maintenance.

The CB10/60 single-stage guide vane fire pump is the core power component of the firefighting system, featuring compact structure, stable high-pressure operation and strong continuous working capacity. Equipped with an electric double-piston water priming device, it greatly shortens water priming time and simplifies operation procedures. Built-in efficient cooling system effectively prevents overheating during long-time continuous work, ensuring stable performance in harsh emergency scenarios.

It supports three working modes to adapt to different firefighting scenarios: 60L/s large flow for rapid fire suppression, 42L/s medium flow for high-pressure fire attack, and 30L/s stable flow for sustained fire control, with a maximum working pressure of 1.082MPa and a maximum suction depth of 7m.

2. PS8/50W Fire Water Monitor

The PS8/50W high-efficiency fire water monitor adopts a streamlined aerodynamic design to reduce air resistance and improve spraying efficiency. With 360° full horizontal rotation and -35°~+70° vertical pitch adjustment, it realizes omni-directional dead-angle-free firefighting coverage. It supports multiple spraying modes including cylindrical straight jet, mist and drizzle, with a rated flow of 50L/s and a maximum spraying range of ≥70m, achieving long-distance and large-area fire suppression.

Made of high-strength wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, the water monitor maintains precise control and stable water output under long-term high-pressure working conditions, featuring quick response and easy operation.

3. Intelligent Control Panel

The centralized control panel is integrated with pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, and physical buttons for main power switch, tank outlet valve, rear water inlet and vacuum pump.
