Customize HOWO 10/15/20/30T BCLH-10 On-site Mixing And Charging Machine Granular Ammonium Explosive ANFO Truck Description:
(1) Load porous granular ammonium nitrate and diesel fuel into the designated storage bins aboard the charging vehicle, then transport the vehicle to the designated blasting site.
(2) Activate the hydraulic power unit and adjust the system pressure to the specified operational value. Using a handheld remote controller, the operator actuates the swing and rotation cylinders to precisely align the mixing auger with the target blast hole—achieving automatic, repeatable positioning.
(3) Navigate to the ANFO (ammonium nitrate–fuel oil) loading interface. Input the required charge mass per borehole and initiate the “Automatic Charging” sequence. The control system then executes a predefined sequence: starting the primary mixing auger, the inclined feed auger, the secondary mixing auger, and the diesel metering pump. Porous ammonium nitrate and diesel fuel are continuously metered, homogeneously blended, and pneumatically conveyed into the borehole via the mixing auger. Charging ceases automatically upon reaching the preprogrammed mass threshold, thereby completing the charge for that individual borehole.
(4) Reposition the charging vehicle to the next borehole and repeat Steps (2) and (3) until all designated boreholes have been loaded.
