The HT22FD-21A 20-foot tank container designed and manufactured by our company is a special tank container for highway, waterway and railway transportation, which contains hydrofluoric acid with the concentration of 1790 (<55%) or hydrochloric acid with the concentration of 1789 (<38%) of the United Nations.
In light of the dangerous features of hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid, users should, before using a new container tank or a modifed, repaired or checked one which is filled with hydrofluoric acid for the first time, remove the moisture and other foreign matters that may probably exist in tank and pipe and dry it thoroughly by entrusting a treatment company that enjoys the corresponding qualification; the company shall issue certificate and the container tanks without treatment cannot be used for filling media.
Hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid tank container belongs to the equipment that exerts significant influence on public security and therefore cannot be modified, added with accessories or filled excessively by user arbitrarily; media should be filled in and unloaded as per the operation regulations on the hydrofluoric acid filling and unloading prepared by the filling and unloading company as well as the regulations on equipment operation safety. Illegal operation is strongly prohibited; the quality of hydrofluoric acid filled must conform to the requirements of relevant standards.
Special tips: In order to ensure the quality of transport media, if hydrochloric acid is to be transported after unloading of hydrofluoric acid or hydrofluoric acid is to be transported after unloading of hydrochloric acid, the former medium must be cleaned and the tank and pipeline thoroughly cleaned and dried, and the latter medium can be transported after qualified.
The transportation of hydrofluoric acid container tank via highway, waterway or railway must conform to the relevant laws and regulation, and operation specifications such as “Management on the Transportation of Hazardous Articles", “Rules on the Transportation of Hazardous Goods", "Regulations on the Transportation and Loading of Hazardous Goods" and "Laws regarding transportation safety via highway, waterway and railway"; illegal operation is strongly prohibited.
Tank containers should be filled accurately and according to the requirements. Excessive filling should not be allowed. The maximum filling rate should be guaranteed not to exceed 90% of the effective volume of tank containers (the effective volume of this batch of tank containers after deduction of lining is 20454L, 90%*20454=l 8408L), and calculated according to the following formula, the two values are small.
