Structural Frame Work & Side Walls:

• Body structural frame work will be made up of Mild Steel hollow sections, adequately reinforced with strong goal posts to bear body weight.

• The internal & external side walls including roof, front & rear will be covered by thin Aluminium sheets with compressed special hard foam to reduce weight of trailer.

• The walls are insulated with a core of PU foam or glass wool or equivalent to form ‘Sandwich’ Panelling

Doors:

• Entrance door, swing-out single-leaf, fitted with stainless steel hinges.

• Internal sliding doors for access between rooms/compartments.

Air conditioner:
