Precautions for use:
1. During installation, the connection plane must be cleaned, the paper pad shall be coated with sealant (the glue connection line shall not be more), and the fastening bolt shall be coated with anaerobic non retreat glue. The green asbestos free paper pad can be installed directly without glue.
2. After installation, check the transmission gear oil and replenish it in time if it is missing!
3. During operation (the air pressure must exceed 6 pressures), depress the clutch to the bottom, select the appropriate gear (neutral or low-speed forward gear), turn on the power takeoff control switch, and slowly lift the clutch pedal. If you hear the sound of gear beating, you must depress the clutch immediately and lift it slowly again.
4. The engagement and separation of the power takeoff shall be operated repeatedly for many times, and then rotated for 20 minutes to test the seal. It must be engaged and separated flexibly without oil leakage. Otherwise, it is necessary to check the cause and reinstall or replace the power take-off.
5. In order to prevent accidental oil leakage of the power take-off from damaging the gearbox, check whether there is oil leakage after each use, and deal with it in time if any problem is found!
