OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
LOADING THE CONTAINER
1. Retract the jib completely.
2. Extend the lift cylinders to tilt the arm rearward. Bring the hook to the proper
height to engage the container.
3. Carefully back the truck up to engage the hook and container.
4. Set truck brakes.
5. If equipped with a rear stabilizer, lower it to the ground.
6. Retract the lift cylinders to tilt the arm forward. As the container is lifted, release the truck brakes, allowing the truck to be pulled under the container. Keep the hoist rear guide roller assemblies in alignment with the container long sills.
7. Once the tilt arm is completely lowered, extend the jib completely forward.
8. Raise the rear stabilizer.
DUMPING THE CONTAINER
NOTE: The jib must be completely forward towards the truck cab before attempting to dump the container.
1. Release the dump door of the container. NOTE: Follow all instructions on the container.
2. Extend the lift cylinders to dump the container load.
3. Lower the container.
UNLOADING THE CONTAINER
1. Retract the jib completely.
2. Set truck brakes.
3. If equipped with a rear stabilizer, lower it to the ground.
4. Extend the lift cylinders to tilt the arm rearward, lowering the container to the ground.
5. Release the brakes, allowing the truck to move forward from the container.
6. Raise stabilizer.
7. Return the arm to the lowered position.
